When you send a suggestion

We collect the name, email, listing details, and message you submit, plus the request time and review status. These are stored privately for the guide team to review your request and respond. Your email is not published in the directory or added to a rental marketing list.

We also send your submission to Formspree, which stores it in the guide team's private inbox and sends an email notification to the editor. Your email is used as the reply address so the editor can respond. No marketing subscription is created.

Spam protection and hosting

The site uses Cloudflare hosting and, when the submission service is configured, Cloudflare Turnstile to limit automated spam. Cloudflare processes network and browser information to operate these services. The form service stores a short-lived, one-way network identifier for rate limiting rather than storing a raw IP address in the request record.

Maps and outside websites

Interactive maps load OpenStreetMap tiles only when you choose the map view. Those requests reveal normal connection information to the map provider. Links to business websites and Teton Flats open services with their own privacy policies. This release does not include advertising pixels or behavioral analytics.

Retention and requests

Submission records in Cloudflare, Formspree, and notification emails are intended to be deleted within 12 months after review. Short-lived rate-limit records expire after one day and are cleaned up as requests arrive. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the contact form and identify your earlier request. Do not include sensitive information.
